Pineville, La.-The men's tennis team posted an easy 9-0 win over American Southwest Conference opponent Louisiana College Saturday in Pineville, La.
The Eagles, ranked No. 16 in the ITA West region, won big in their conference opener, easily cruising to their most convincing victory of the season. Louisiana College (1-6, 0-2 ASC) didn't have an answer for the more talented Eagles (8-3, 1-0 ASC), as the visitors won 6-0, 6-0 in all but one singles match. In No. 1 doubles, Todd Turner and Bishop Bass won 8-0, and at No. 2 doubles, Greg Knaggs and Trevor Scott posted another 8-0 victory. At the No. 3 doubles position, Corey Dillard and Jacob Organ defeated their opponent 8-1.
Ozarks will host John Brown University April 2.
