Tyler, Texas-The Eagles season came to an end at the American Southwest Conference men's tennis tournament after UT-Dallas posted a 6-0 win Saturday afternoon.
Ozarks finishes the season with a 12-5 overall record.
UT-Dallas (10-5) opened the day in strong fashion winning all three doubles' courts. From there, the Comets were able to win a pair of singles matches.
"Our guys have no reason to hang their heads," said head coach Shaun Wiseman. "We need to tip our hat to UT-Dallas. They played well today. But we didn't give up all season and we had a good year. I am proud of our guys".
The Eagles are expected to remain one of the top teams in the ASC next season as most of the team returns. Under Wiseman, the Eagles have made great strides as the program continues to set new records, both as a team and as individuals.
